Zucchini chips – Paleo

These zucchini chips are a healthy and tasty snack. Great for lunchboxes.

Slice zucchini thinly either lengthways into slices or into circles and lightly coat in coconut oil or olive oil then sprinkle with some himalayan or sea salt.

Then, simply dehydrate until crispy.

You can eat them plain or use them to dip into hummus or guacamole.
