Fluid retention juice

This is a great juice if you are suffering from fluid retention, which can be an uncomfortable problem around menstruation time. Too much table salt in the diet and certain medications can also cause fluid retention.

Ingredients:

1 carrot

1 small cucumber

1 slice of pineapple

¼ inch knob of ginger

Juice away!!
