Zucchini hummus – Paleo

This delicious and creamy “hummus” is a great legume free alternative. Perfect for a Paleo lifestyle


2 medium zucchini, chopped

¾ cup tahini

¼ cup olive oil

1 lemon, juiced

2 medium to large cloves of garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt


Add all ingredients, except the olive oil, into a food processor and blitz. Slowly add the olive oil while still blitzing.
