A purifying drink, great for your kidney and liver.
1 celery stalk with leaves (if leaves are too strong in flavour for you, just omit)
1/2 cucumber with skin
A handful of spinach leaves, washed
Optional to sweeten: 1 apple
Juice all ingredients. Makes around a 250ml glass. If your juicer can’t juice the spinach leaves, place the juiced ingredients in a blender and blend with spinach.
