Kale Chips – Paleo

1 bunch of organic kale (use smooth rather than curly kale)

Olive Oil

Himalayan or Sea Salt

Lemon Juice

Wash and thoroughly dry the kale

Cut the stalk from the kale and tear the kale into pieces.

Lightly drizzle a small amount of olive oil and lemon juice over kale and toss through

Season with salt to taste and toss through again.

Place in dehydrator until crispy.
