½ cup ground organic cashews or almonds (soak them first)
½ cup organic sunflower seeds (soak them first)
½ cup preservative free organic cranberries (or 1/3 cup organic sultanas)
6 dates, chopped
1/3 cup organic unhulled tahini
1 tablespoon honey (or less, to taste)
2 tablespoons organic coconut oil (melted)
Desiccated or shredded organic coconut to roll in
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until chopped and well mixed. If you don’t have a food processor, the ingredients can be finely chopped and mixed by hand.
Roll into small balls and roll in coconut and place in fridge to set. These will satisfy your sweet tooth, and are Paleo and healthy as well.
Store in fridge.
